At Joeme.Fit, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our KNAX products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at Info@Joeme.Fit to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item to our designated return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Info@Joeme.Fit.
